Tek-Sil® GP4X Series, Higher Thermal Conductivity, 6 W/m-K

If you need a gap filler with higher thermal conductivity, Tek-Sil® GP4X is rated at 6 watt/mk compared to 1.5 watt/mk for the standard "GP" material. This material is presently available in eight thicknesses. As with the original Tek-Sil® GP material, the high performance "GP4XH" is available with one hardened surface to ease handling of the material. Release liner is supplied on one side.

As with all other Tek-Sil® materials, can be die cut special shapes to customer specifications.
To order sheets of "GP4XH" specify the thickness
(Part number GP4XH-118 for a sheet .118" (3.0mm) thick).
