Tek-Sil® SCT is an unreinforced version of "SR" without the fiber glass matrix. To provide puncture resistance, "SCT" is somewhat thicker than "SR" materials. It is made in three thicknesses from .012" to .033". The added thickness combined with the smooth surface of "SCT" make it a highly comfortable material. PSA is not available for the unreinforced materials.

TSP K1300 materials, formerly known as SPK-10 or K-10, offer a similar thermal conductivity of 1.3 W/mK. and come in beige (SCT is 1.2 and green gray). These silicone materials are reinforced with Kapton, available in standard die cuts, and have a thickness of 0.006 inches. An adhesive option is also available for TSP K1300.
